Modalities
We get it. Clients are more educated these days about how mental health issues are treated, and that's a good thing. The more you know about your diagnosis and treatment the more conscious you are of the changes you need to make and how to make them.
The therapists at Safe Passage Counseling are trained in many different modalities. The most commonly used are: Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT).
