Individual Therapy
Sometimes it's not just good self care to have one on one treatment, at times it's essential. In individual therapy, treatment will be focused on you and your particular needs and preferences.
Treatment will also have a systems lens meaning that all of the systems that you are a part of such as, family, partnership, and community, will be taken into account. With this approach change can be more effective and long-lasting.
In addition, our approach to therapy is to guide the boat, not to take the helm. You are more powerful than you know. And we are here to show you what you are capable of!
